The poor opponent in the first game. He sees all his friends in middle school playing Magic, so he decides to start. He talks to the neckbeard in the game shop, who recommends a planeswalker deck. He gets the planeswalker Oko deck because he likes the art and puts the code into Arena and starts up. His first opponent is the degenerate himself playing a deck with 35 rares in it that removes every permanent he could play. I hope you are proud of yourself you just made an 11-year-old cry and quit Magic for good.

This deck needs Nightmare Shepard in the side board at least. Then Doom Foretold doesn't hurt yourself as much because all sacrificed creatures come back (creatures come from the Dance).
fae of wishes can't pull creatures from the sideboard.
edit: for that you would need vivien arkbow ranger... and well she IS a waifu, but she doesn't fit in this harem, sadly.

Throw narsset in there to prevent card draw if you wanna make it toxic, plus you can quickly grab another card.
This is similar to my favorite personal deck, if you just replaced Doom Foretold with Archon of Sun's Grace and Starfield Mystics
Mine has all 3 in the deck and my personal favorite so far that I'm playing.
why not use transcendent envoy instead then, since it is an enchantment itself... or 2 of both?

if you only have clear the mind in the sideboard, why have fae of wishes?
We don't use facts and logic here
For the red aggro decks even though they can now deal with 4 toughness creatures with several spells. It is to block and give you time basically. And since you usually don't actually need cleanse the mind (unless you are playing against mill decks) there is no reason to include that card in your main board. Really though he should include more answers in his side board.

This deck is actually really good, although the sideboard is laughably bad. In addition to his cards I put in 1 Elderspell, 2 Clear the Mind, 1 Leyline of Anticipation, 1 Ethereal Absolution, 2 Into the Story, 1 Magic Mirror (because why not), 1 Erebos's Intervention, 1 Finale Glory, 2 Heliod's Intervention.
This way the Fae of Wishes is actually useful.

is anyone besides me using dovin (the one which denies damage to and from a creature) as a means for slowing down enemy-kun? i ALWAYS get good value from him, at least when he is in your start hand or drawn in the first 2-3 rounds... SO many players are confused when i use his ability, they don't even realize they could block with the creature i chose and let the damage go straight to their face... with 5 charges he is very annoying for the opponent (it's only a 3 mana drop, and the passive helps out too, especially against counterspells).
1. why don't you have 2-3 replacements for your pen when you lose your primary one (i can't imaging why you would need one but still).
2. AND MORE IMPORTANT: why the fckn fuck don't you use this sweet sweet youtube money to buy you a proper GAMING CHAIR THAT DOESN'T SQUEAK every time you move a finger? is your chair a sacred heirloom or sth? ^^

Chekov, we all tell you "sooner"; we tell you lots of things.... took you half the video to realize you might want a real sideboard--wow... If your playing fae of wishes, anti-enchantment, board wipe, reset your deck all can be in the sideboard
i personally like to always have at least 1 unmoored ego and 1 or 2 covetous urge in my fae sideboard.... and a mass manipulation can't be wrong either, elderspell too, against those pesky fires of invention decks...... omg i have so much to sort out after adding cards to a new deck, but some cards are always useful.
@@zaubermaus8190 tell that to the Russian...though me thinks he has a listening problem... if you can run part/all of your sideboard as part of the deck---DAMN put some effort into it...sometimes its just painful to watch Chekov here play

I can´t help myself, but I have to say that those cards styles they offer...they are so...pale and boring and in every case just flat out worst than the default versions. From all tricks from graphic design they choose just make things darker. "so inovative". Nice deck BTW. GJ. I enjoyed your video once again.
61/60 deck, facepalm
First of all, when you have fabled passage or other stuff to thin your deck, the mess introduced in the odds by the 61st card is neglectible. So you can afford a different combination of cards or a one-off of something powerful but complimentary at best.
But there's also a superstition from paper magic: (if you don't bring a side it's even worse)
Say you're at some kind of tournament. Anywhere really where official ruling matters. You lost a card in between rounds. Or worse, some evil mind has seen you play earlier, you're up to him next and your deck is far better.
He steals you one card in an sneakishly bastardly way. Comes the game. He just has to call ref for basic deck inspection on turn 3 or whatever. Oh my! 59 cards? Minimum allowed is 60, you lose!
So just in case, you put a 61st...
