I love it. All you need to make it perfect is a couple of counter spells or other ways to protect your nixblooms because they like to get rid of your stuff for some reason when you hand them their deck. Or whatever in case he has stuff to screw with you.

Maybe to add confusion into the enemy's mind? You force him to think a lot to choose which cards to play out of the 47 he now has in his hand, and then he still has to discard another 40, it's just obnoxiously annoying.

Actually I remember hyper cancer 2 or 3 where he does all in his power to keep opponent-kun alive (victim-kun is a better term). Victim was running out of cards and sensei restored library a few times to avoid poor victim suicide.
