Well you could die from the fall (Hindenburg) or crushed (funnel, stern, lifeboat), maybe shot (not known), falling off the stern would be like hitting concrete
well, actually I've chosen Titanic. With all knowledge about how things were going, I think there is a decent chance not to drown or freeze during sinking. Dress warm, take alcohol with you, and go to the starboard side, where Murdock was in charge. He allowed men in lifeboats if there is space left, and during the first half an hour or so, lifeboats were launched half-empty. So, knowing this, you would almost definetely have a seat in one of them - and even if not, just jump from promenade deck and swim to the nearest already launched one - they are still not far. Some survivors did exactly that thing

@@sirboomsalot4902 still would have chosen Titanic. Death from freezing water is kinda merciful, especially compared to burning alive. Can be harsh for a few minutes, but then you'll just stop feeling anything as body temperature goes down. You'd probably even feel warmth at the very end, and pass out painlessly

For the Hindenburg vs Titanic one it's kinda like Fire or Ice. I'd prefer ice. but for more reason than its a better death than being lit on fire; I mean, come on, it's the Titanic. A beautiful luxurious ship steaming over the Atlantic with the best of people on board, your final days would be living it up even if you weren't in first class.
but like, a death on Titanic would be cold, slow, gradual, and terrifying, on the Hindenburg, you're dead in less than a minute, so I would choose Hindenburg because it would be over quickly.

Hmm, one one hand, dying in the dark and the cold, or in the broad daylight. Also dying on a big steamship or on the coolest airship mankind has ever made. Dying slowly or dying fast... Ok, Hindenburg for me.
Burning alive is not a pleasant or fast death, it's a slow death considered one of the most painful deaths a person can have. The crash was 37 seconds, doesn't mean the deaths were, people probably lied on the ground burning for a while before release.
And my personal opinion about Hindenburg vs Titanic in terms of the ships themselves, I wouldn't want to spend my last 4 days on the Hindenburg, not enough room to explore and not many grand places on the airship (This is pretty much all of where the passengers can go; 3iz4pu1r2cxqxc3i63gnhpmh-wpengine.netdna-ssl.com/wp-content/uploads/hindenburg-cutaway-web.jpg .) With Titanic you're on a big ship, many places to see, explore, many grand interiors, I would gladly spend my last 4 days on board.

7:55 i'd rather die on the Titanic, being burned (and probably crushed) alive is one of the most painful known way(s) to die, if i die on the Titanic it could go in several directions, i could die drowned, a funnel could fall on me, i could die by falling into the gash when the ship splits, i could be the man that broke his legs when jumping into the proppeler, but almost all those ways are quick, sure i would feel a terrible pain in my chest while drowning from all the water entering my lungs, but also i can somehow knock my self out and automatically start to breath in water, and feel no pain apart from the knock out, i would technically be in a coma while slowly dying without even realizing, (at least i think that's how it works) and plus i'd be kinda famous for being a victim in the most famous shipwreck in the world, also i'm a kid that recently turned 12 on june, maybe we could skip all that and i could have a seat in a lifeboat, and my mom could come in too if she was in the situation with me, meanwhile being burned alive is pretty slow, and as i said, the most painful known way to die, so i would rather sleep with the fishies than to sleep with the Devil.

Being on Titanic I would be on my most favorite ship of all time BUT I probably wouldn’t survive because of my age and gender and a seat on a life boat would almost be impossible.
I’m not a huge fan of blimps like I am ships and trains so being onboard Hindenburg wouldn’t really impress me and I would die no matter what, but in Titanic I would still have a chance.
If I didn’t survive Titanic, it would be a slow death that would take at least 2 hours but death on the Hindenburg would be quick and painless.
I would choose Titanic.
2 hours to die? Nope. If you died in the water, it would take 15 to 20 Minutes of slow suffering in water that feels like a thousand knives everywhere. Drowning inside the ship, pretty much the same but 100% more of the feeling of helplessness.
Both situations I would die, but on Titanic I can save people

I'm 17 so I would be going with my parents and judging by our income I would say we would be upper middle class so we would probably be second class. Even if Hindenburg disaster never happen her fate would have been that she be scraped along with the rest of her sister airships during the start of Second World War. Also if the Zeppelin Company had started passenger airships again after the war they would they would have to face fierce competition with passenger jet planes which are faster and more safer than the zeppelins thus the passenger airship service would faded out much like the ocean liners.
