Rats can chew through wood, so it's necessary to build a brick structure to protect the birds.

I would like to add . Do not speak like that on camera , in regards the workers . Ngutu and Kennedy are very nice people, and embarrassing them that way “that they’re slow “ is not nice. Be respectful and speak in private to them . And also , yes your house was built quick but you have had nothing but problems with it. Slow down the process of building and do it right , once

I have noticed that you tend to say "expensive furniture", or "expensive solar" etc. Please do not rub their poverty in their faces. Marwa and all your helpers including your uncle’s well done with finishing the structure for the doves. However, remember, rats and snakes can still invade that beautiful structure very easily. Maybe you should have plastered the walls to look like a makeover. The structure in front of an outstanding Villa should look good. I also suggest you level all the surrounding of your compound. Yes, go to Kiambu and get an idea of keeping domestic animals. Also why not make a smart structure to standout?? A NOTHER comment about health and safety, the poo of those birds needs everyone to cover their mouths and avoid inhaling particles and dust when clearing and cleaning up areas. Ask Inconcept Interiors if you could buy filters to clean your water around your Villa. Take care Guys.

Very nice video as always. I would suggest you ask Inconcept interiors to link you up with a company providing professional structures for poultry. That land is very big. You can do some serious poultry farming like broilers and layers. I would suggest you move the structures to the far end of the land. Where you have the mad house you can build a a brick and mortar car shade, a gazzibo and a wet Kitchen that is well cemented. This will add to the esthetics of the area surrounding your villa. Your villa is very posh.

Marwa you need a well filtration system for your new hot water solar. With all that water on your property a filtration system will help. From your video I know one of your contacts has connections in China.

🇺🇸🇺🇸 going forward, with any other building projects, you may want to contact the man Burundian Travelers knows that owns the big chicken farm , he also dig wells, drop in a pump, run the pipes to the house, power it by solar if possible, No hassle plumbing job well worth your money! Im in America and have my own well! The pump is powered by electricity, but solar may work for you!! Im not being critical son, but hopefully helpful going forward when you build your air B and Bs! !!! May God continue to Bless you all Abundantly and Cover you as with a shield!!🙏🏽💖👍🏽

As much as I love watching content creators on CZcams, but in this case, it is hard to watch. Personally, I would think this man should place that camera somewhere and do the job instead of ordering people around.
Are these men his employees or helpers? Do they like being recorded?
    Im just wondering.

The back of the pigeon house will rot if not properly sealed from the back. That boad is terrible with termites
