It pains me that I do not live there anymore but in the 21 years since we left we have been back on holiday more times then we could ever afford the other way around. Masterful tour as always guys, not one of my favourite properties but there are quite a few golden nuggets I love about this home. I appreciate the private balcony, the comfy bubble furniture as well as the stunning views, the bathrooms looks like where I'd spend most of my time lol. I know it is called the White House but the yellow was a pleasant and welcomed surprise and the layout of the home in my opinion seems to maximise privacy I like that. I do like how they added the black to balance the white and natural light that would occupy the house with using so much white. I can imagine the play on light and dark at different times of the day while minimising heat annnnd creating dimension....., simple yet effective! well thought out. SOUTH AFRICA IS STUNNING, I am blown away, it wasn't on my list of places to go but it definitely Is now. Thank you for this exposure !

I love all the different aspects of the interior of the house and the color changes throughout. However, I couldn't spend much time outside because all that white normally gives me extreme headaches
Just a small side note: the value of this property when converted to the dollar is rather misleading due to how weak the rand is vs the dollar, based on 'real value' it would be at least $27 000 000... Great tour as always Enes!
This was either designed by someone from Michigan or inspired by someone that went to Michigan. Roche Bobois furniture and that staircase is one of DesRosiers signature pieces. I have been to several homes with those staircases, seen one with green glass that was incredible.
This house is amazing!! I really resonate with it as someone who is considered "OCD", my nature of loving white colours and organized things is in this house. This house is the reason why I work hard in LIFE!! TOP TIER ❤

Enes you've made my day.....and probably a few more to come. I lived in Cape Town for 23 years, 12 in Sea Point and 11 in Table View. It pains me that I do not live there anymore but in the 21 years since we left we have been back on holiday more times then we could ever afford the other way around. Income and stability dictate living in exile but I am really pleased to tour South African properties with you and Mikey. Sincere thanks.

I've been all over the world looking houses on the Airbnb website, and Cape Town has the BEST HOUSES ON THE WORLD!
Masterful tour as always guys, not one of my favourite properties but there are quite a few golden nuggets I love about this home. I appreciate the private balcony, the comfy bubble furniture as well as the stunning views, the bathrooms looks like where I'd spend most of my time lol. I know it is called the White House but the yellow was a pleasant and welcomed surprise and the layout of the home in my opinion seems to maximise privacy I like that. I do like how they added the black to balance the white and natural light that would occupy the house with using so much white. I can imagine the play on light and dark at different times of the day while minimising heat annnnd creating dimension....., simple yet effective! well thought out.
SOUTH AFRICA IS STUNNING, I am blown away, it wasn't on my list of places to go but it definitely Is now. Thank you for this exposure !

I've had the fortune if living in Cape Town for 2 years and I can confirm it's one of the most beautiful places on earth and it's amazing to live there, so many things happening!

Just a small side note: the value of this property when converted to the dollar is rather misleading due to how weak the rand is vs the dollar, based on 'real value' it would be at least $27 000 000... Great tour as always Enes!

And let's face it, they shouldn't be using nominal value outside the US cause some currencies are massively undervalued

This was either designed by someone from Michigan or inspired by someone that went to Michigan. Roche Bobois furniture and that staircase is one of DesRosiers signature pieces. I have been to several homes with those staircases, seen one with green glass that was incredible.
