How much rice do I use? I just need to serve 3-4 people. Any substitutions for coconut? I don't feel like going to the store! LOL!

1 cup of rice to 1 1/2 cup of water, without Coconut milk you will not get the flavour you are looking for 😊

@@ShellzHomestyleKitchen I went to the store, I got the milk, scallions and scotch bonnet. I should have steamed it longer instead of adding more liquid. Rice wasn't as firm as I like it but the taste was good! Thanks so much!
