NanRobot D4 2.0 Tube replacement with Cheaper tube + Flat liner

- This is a video of how we replaced the front tire tube of the NanRobot scooter caused by stepping on a puncture vine. The thorn pieced through the rubber tire to the tube and caused a very slow leak. I did not buy the replacement tube from NanRobot but instead, bought a cheaper 10x2.5" tube from Amazon. The cheap tube valve stem was angled at 45 degrees where the stock tube was 90 degrees. The replacement worked fine but filling the air required pulling the valve stem a bit forward to fit the air nozzle. I also bought a valve stem extended which worked very well.
Replacement was very easy because we only needed to disassemble one side of the wheel and suspension springs. The rear tire was the same way.

Gotta do this for my wife’s D4+, have tubes 10”x2.5” coming from Amazon in a few days. Kinda stinks we’re on vacation in the Florida keys with our scooters and just got a flat on hers today. I tried Slime but it doesn’t seem to hold air after a little cruse. Thanks for the video, makes it look very simple to change the front tube.

My tires say there tubeless?
My back inner tube tire for this scooter keeps popping and my bf and I have looked everywhere for the sharp edges that might be causing it to puncture we changed the pressure multiple times it goes flat either on a weekly or lasts the most at 3 weeks not sure what to do or weather try a liner or try getting solid tire?
Try the liner. My tube without the liner lasted only 1 week and started loosing air. I put the liner on and now it has been over a month since I put air in it. Make sure to run your hand around the inside of the tire and remove any pricks. Also after re-installing the new tube, be sure to completely assemble the tire rim halves before inflating or you can pinch the tube and cause a slow leak.
I have an older d5 or d4 with a flat front tire, do I just have to replace the inner tube or the outer part too
Most likely just the inner tube. Make sure to run your finger through the inside of the tire to make sure there are no sharp prick left because it can just re-puncture your newer tube.
Brother I have a question. Can those front suspension springs be adjusted? If so, how?
Very limited adjustments to the springs. You can try to stiffen them by adding shims to the springs. To make them less stiff, you can remove one from each pair on each side. I did that for my wife because she weighs less than 100 lbs and now the bumps don't jar her as much unless it bottoms out.
What size are the nanrobot d4+ tires?
10x2.5" according to the writing on the tube.

You did to much work you not supposed to take out the suspensions i change with out taking that you wanna learn hit me up papi
