It is the same. Wahegure isn't a separate entity. Waheguru as an abbreviation is being used to describe the Incarnations of Shri Hair/Vishnu by Bhai Gurdas. In Shri Guru Granth Sahib Ji on Ang 1402, the verses say the same thing. SIKHISM is a subsect of Sanatan/Hinduism.
