What happened was that they have softwares that can corrupt your page or account. That file they sent to you was what hacked your page. You guys should be very careful with these guys online. Always call whatever office they told you they represent. It doesn't cost so much to put a call through to the main company. The internet world is not safe.

It was just some guys maybe in Indonesia, once you opened a file they take over your keyboard and everything that follows will be done fast to lock you out of Google account and rest is history.. Be happy they are interested in your bank account.

Dont click links anyhow. Right click and copy the url address. Paste it in notepad and study it first. Those hacker links always look dodgy.
