Hey Randy, I don't think you should feel like you need to be apologizing for making long videos. Personally, I actively search out long videos because I feel like they are going to be where I can find worthwhile content. Although, I might be a smaller percentage of viewers since I'm always trying to find content where I'll actually learn something, instead of just trying to pass time. And your videos are on the top of my list right now. Yours is the only fishing channel that I have found so far that has the type of information that seems really hard to find. So, thank you so much for taking time out of your life to give us the knowledge that you've spent years and tears to learn! It's helping me so much in my bass game. Cheers man.

That's funny. I just got back from my lunch break. I caught a nice one from the bank swimming a plum Ol Monster along the bottom on a belly weighted swimbait hook. I've never fished a worm on one of those b4, but it's all I had in the truck. It worked.

It's like plugging in an old USB cable. Always try putting it in upside down first lol

Hard to beat a 10-12" worm in the summer...Always amazes me how many 1-2 lb'ers have no problem eating that big worm...don't underestimate a 12" black ribbontail worm with a light weighted swimbait hook swam near the surface...Bass do eat snakes!

Randy appreciate what you are doing. I enjoy your seminars. It’s the little tid bits I get that make a difference. I’ve started fishing a jerk bait all year long. ( on a bait caster mostly sorry). But it’s a rare day that I can’t get but on a jerk bait. Especially in the heat of the summer. I catch tons of schooling fish in 20-40 feet of water off points and ledges. Just find the balls of Shad on my side imagine

I think you would have fun coming to Pennsylvania and fishing the Susquehanna River. The smallmouth are just different here. I would definitely recommend booking a guide trip. The jet boat ride through sketchy water to the hot spots alone is worth it.

Without a doubt, after the spawn, my favorite and most successful technique to catch summer time bass that you did not mention is fishing shell beds. I have found bass will either be on the shell, suspending off the drop, where the shell ends and the drop begins or at the bottom of the drop. This pattern will hold into the fall and through the winter, but in the spring, it's not very productive.

Turn your shirt around before you hang it up. See if that helps.

hang your shirt up inside out so you HAVE to look at it and maneuver it before you put it on

Casting a worm, creature bait, or crankbait all over are "advanced techniques"?
