I think the film you are talking about with the dark restaurant is called “about time” with Bill Nighy.
Absolutely love all of this Singapore series- it looks so clean and the thing that struck me was that a lot of the people are speaking English like the rowers in the first film and the dancers in the underpass 🤪 how marvelous was that btw , underpass’ in England or Europe are dark and smelly covered in graffiti!
It reminds me of running through the sprinklers on a hot summer's day.😊

When those pilots were off duty going around town they were dressed like that. As you mentioned they're possibly naval or pilots from a carrier or whatever.🥰❤❤

30:10 I live in Thailand and it called durian. The smell is very strong and has been described as a combination of sulfur, sewage, fruit, honey, and roasted and rotting onions. It's like eating soft soap and tastes the same.🤮

@@FINDERSBEEPERS Maybe they don't have taste buds, The whole family eats it and I refuse to kiss the wife if she does. jackfruit is OK and i eat it till the cows come home. The dried durian is OK and has a texure like prawn crackers. EX Aussie living in Surin 14 years now. Love your channel Matt.

@@FINDERSBEEPERS Hi Matt Usually I see notifications at the top of my phone and scroll down to see who's loaded a video but no nothing has shown up with the last 2 or three videos. It's only later when I go on my CZcams via TV that I see you've had a new video up. I especially love the premiers with the added chat. Oh and yes I have videos set to all.
@MaggieTD you need to go onto CZcams and search this channel… where it says subscribed there is a little bell… press on the bell and it will give you the option make it all notifications
