    Montreal made a huge mistake in trading him. Recchi was a really good player but not worth trading Leclair, Dionne & Desjardine for.

    Demers didn't wanna let him go but .... he wasn't producing.. the fact that Savard had to throw in Dejardins tells u how much his stock had fallen .
    Little side story ,my friend is a die hard Flyers fan and the next day i asked him . " whsttya think ?" He believed his team got fleeced . I said are u kidding , he'll most lickly be on a line with Lindros .

      I think you are right -
      I thought initially that the Carbonneau trade was even worse, but with Desjardins in the mix ya just plain horrible

      ​​@@steveshutt6409that was one of the best that Habs made. Kordic for Courtnall that is . Also Muller for Richer wasn't bad . My fav. Is when he picked up Bobby Smith..
