OFF-Season Back Day | All Sets, Reps and Intensity Techniques Listed

- And we are back with another great off season back day. As you will see, all the basics I have been hammering since show prep. For the structure here is my thought process:
Straight arm pulldowns to activate my lats and get a pump.
DY rows to drill the low lat (which is where I need the most added muscle tissue).
Mag Grip lat pulldowns are to really drill the lats in a vertical pull as well as stretch all my back out.
Cybex row is about locking in and drive the elbows back. This exercise feels great and give me an excellent pump.
Step Forward db rows allow me to isolate each side of my back and truly overload the lat. This has been my go to exercise all off season and I plan to keep riding these out
Reverse Hypers to decompress my spine, work my erectors/glutes/hams and an excellent exercise for me bc of my spine issues.
Replicate this session, work your tail off, then head home to eat a BIG bro meal!

Hey Chris what a killer back workout man I love it definitely gonna give this a shot 💪💪 I also do abs and reverse hyper's on back days I do one of John's favourite ab exercises leg raises on an incline bench , too bad I don't have a reverse hyper machine in my gym so I am doing reverse hyper's using a rubber band

heck yea.....glad you enjoyed it. yea sadly most gyms dont have reverse hypers and 99x out of 100 when they do, gym members use it as a table
