- “It’s funny, I have a friend who said, ‘Everybody else is like, ‘Look at me.’... And I’m like, ‘Well, this is what I do. You can do whatever the f- you want to do.’ And I’m just having fun here,” Ina Garten tells 60 Minutes. cbsn.ws/3DqsOeQ

In my humble opinion Ina Garten seems to be the consumate purveyor of hospitality. Good attitude, good family & friends all drawn together by good food. I'm just waiting my turn for the invite for one of her garden parties (ahhh, one can wish can't he). Until then we live vicariously thru her dear husband who adores her...and doesn't mind an occasional 'test meal'. 🌴☺🌴
She’s right, watching Ina cook reminds me of my grandmother cooking for me when I was a little girl. So comforting! ❤
I learn so much from ina’s cooking, now my family doesn’t wanna go out to eat at the restaurant anymore 😂
I agree. I miss those days when you could learn from someone like Ina or Anne Burrell or Tyler Florence or Giada de Laurentiis where Bobby flay. because it actually cooked and taught you how to cook.
She doesn’t seem stuck up or high strung at all. She just seems like a really humble person.
I ❤ Ina Garden’s cooking show in the Food Network. There was always something Zen about it. ☺️☀️

Delicious...
Ina got bleeped.
Ye gods, she did too. 😬
@@jenbell9823 I'm surprised.
I'm blinded by the interviewer's teeth.
She turned down a little boys make a wish, to meet her. She is not a nice person. She changed her mind, because of the public outrage, but the little boy went on to his second wish instead.
You are one of those misinformed about the incident. The Make A Wish Foundation sent an email to The Food Network. Not directly to Ina. The Barefoot Contessa is not the only show in the Food Network & the email was not immediately seen. When they finally did, Ina was in the middle of her book tour traveling from one state to another & the Food Network said Ina could only accommodate the wish after that tour which will take weeks. The family didn’t want to drag it further & so the boy just finally decided to go for his 2nd wish of swimming with the dolphins. Ina finally came back from her tour & she said she would do it but the family has decided they don’t want to stress their child anymore with the issue. They even apologized & said that it wasn’t their intention to put Ina in a negative spotlight. It was all a mixed up between Ina’s schedule & the network itself.
@@PageantExpert google it....true information....
Not everyone can do everything and be everywhere. So perhaps she had a hiccup. Not everyone can be perfect. Mistakes happen and it is never wise to pass judgement on a learnable mistake.
Its disturbing how people like you can be so sure of a person’s character just because specific actions were not met to your liking or worse, certain circumstances taken out of context or events that were probably beyond their control. I don’t know wether to laugh or just feel sorry for you.
@@briansimpson5531miss Bonnie here don’t love herself. She a backup dancer in life.
