Hey there! A little tip about tomato paste. Have you ever noticed you only ever need 2 tablespoons in any recipe? When I open a tin, and add the paste to the recipe, I immediately measure out 2 tablespoon portions, put them in those little snack sized baggies and freeze them. And, as they say, Bob’s your uncle!
