  • In this video, I explain how to train for youth football. This is advice for youth athletes, tips for youth football coaches, and ways youth athletes can train for football. Whether you’re in tackle football or flag football, these are ways young athletes can build muscle appropriately.
    Coaches can use this information to advise their young athletes on how to workout on their own to improve in their sport. Parents, when you see this video, you can better advise your young football player on workouts you can do at home to improve their football skills.
    I focus on specific bodyweight exercises for kids, resistance band exercises for kids, and the importance of conditioning workouts for young football players.

    I have a question my nephew is 11 years old he's a offensive lineman and he's 158 pounds but he's struggling to do 1 pushup. Can you give me any tips on how to fix that please 🙏

      I would suggest he start to do pushups on his knees at first until those are easy. He can also start bench pressing light weight with dumbbells or a training bar
