- For the majority of my more adventurous rides I used komoot to plan my rides - it's relatively intuitive but in this video I share some of my planning tips and go through some tips and tricks I've learnt for planning epic adventures using the app.

Tu roules vraiment dans des paysages magnifiques et ils sont parfaitement mis en valeur par ta vidéo 👍👍👍
Oh, you make it sound so easy to use Scotty. I use it and find it a bit fiddly, especially if you want to pick a different way to the recommended one. Also, the estimated times they give are way too optimistic unless you're superman (or woman).
Agree with you on the time frame, we really got caught out a few times with it!
you can adjust the estimated time by entering your riding pace.
Brilliant, with pics and feedback, i'll definitely try it now. I use Strava and heatmap, however it can be walkers going that way (even when you select bike) so not ideal.
It’s worth trying especially for adventure route planning!
I like Komoot but find it frustrating especially when emailing sugestions to improve the app which are 100% ignored for example; there is no way to store a route (you'd be riding again) in an easy to find location once done it ends under the completed tab this can be a long list to go through, also if you do reuse an already completed route it adds additional waypoints for some unknown reason...?
