One detail: if I remember right, Ben&Jerry’s ice creams always have something chunky or crunchy in them. Ben Cohen had anosmia, a condition that affects the sense of smell. So flavors were muted or weak for him.
So they decided to put different textures in the ice cream so that eating ice cream for him “would still be fun”

Where’s the “Burning” part of the Hunk-a-Hulk O’ Burning Fudge? I thought for sure you’d throw some cayenne or ancho in that one.
I think the "Burning" part is all the chocolate that while being a cold ice cream, melts away all the hearts of any chocolate lover who has the honour to eat it.
The burning part could've just been metaphorical, something to add more pizzazz to the the name. But I do think it'd be funny for someone to eat it, expecting it to be sweet and chocolatey, but then get SLAPPED across the mouth with capsaicin.

A thought on how to improve at least the look of the Raspberry Thorbet would be to add blue streaks throughout the mixture, like lightning bolts (besides, raspberry flavour being blue is a common thing)

Yep. Raspberry flavours are usually blue. It's done to differentiate it visually from strawberry, cherry, and watermelon flavours, which are all red.

my guess would be because then it wouldn't really be like a Ben & Jerry's flavor since they don't use artificial colors in their flavors. That's the same reason their mint ice cream isn't green (and yes, at least once or twice while working at a B&J scoop shop I had customer's get confused when they ordered mint and it wasn't green...they just looked at it and assumed it was plain chocolate chunk ice cream)

These are amazing but i think the hulk flavor should have had so kind of spicy element to it, like Mexican hot chocolate. That would've covered the "burning" fudge part.

There is a good reason why hazelnuts are sold with their skins still on - the more work that is done in processing a food item, the more expensive, because factory workers need to be paid, machines need to be maintained, electricity needs to be paid. Un-blanched nuts have less work done on them before sale.
