    Such a great review my friend but I really to see more stuff like does this laptop have ram and SSD upgradability or not or does it have 2 fans or a single fan these things are really important to us.

      @@trungpham-gx2yg This will run nicely for the VMware taking advantage of the extra cores =). As for the keyboard is yours backlit keys? Both the Intel and AMD T14 I received the keys were rough and weren't smooth like the X1's keys.

    Thanks for the excellent review once again (video quality looks a bit off though) but importantly is the content.
    From the T14 AMD review here..... im guessing the P14s is prob gonna be similar given that they are all the similar hardware (maybe only heat and battery life might be a bit different as Lenovo might prioritize performance for the P-Series from the drivers and bios side --- just my guess).
    Really impressed with the performance difference between the Intel and AMD versions.
    Your reviews have helped me a lot in my buying decisions (almost went for some other flash notebook that had significantly poorer performance and cost more). Now looking forward to receiving the P14s that I ordered a few days back to experience it for myself.
    Thank you very much once again.
    Cheers!

      Thanks very much Lim Li Long and looking past my mistake, unfortunately when I film the video for this it was long busy week and did the rookie mistake and left the lens on manual focus and forgot to switch it back to auto. By the time I looked at the video I had to return that laptop that day and so did a quick ad hoc quick film for the intro before returning the T14 R7 unit, I apologise for the quality, else I would have can the video altogether but the information in this video would help a number of people so I press on.
      The P14s is going to be extremely similar results to the T14 AMD here, you would be right in the battery I suspect the battery life might be hit very slightly but that's okay for better performance. I think AMD has made massive leaps this year in both the desktop and mobile market, I was very impress by the mobile AMD here too, very shocking.
      I am very glad I was about to help you out, when you receive your new laptop please tell the feedback of it once you spent a bit of time on it =) be very exciting to hear Lim.

      @@BsianTech Also noticed that the T14 AMD seems to run much hotter than the P14s Intel at higher loads. Given that I'm in Singapore and the ambient temperature is not gonna be as low as during your test.... expecting the machine to run much hotter here.

    • @BsianTech
      @BsianTech  Před 3 lety +1

      @@leroylimll Yes this was a little surprised to me as well but my thoughts is because the fan doesn't spin up as fast as the Intel version the AMD is running quieter. I think I did make a note about it that I wish that the fan could have sped up a little more to get better temps. Bare in mind this is through those gaps in between the keys that I am measuring. If I ever get the Ryzen 5 that will easily be cooler than the i5.

    Love your reviews. Please help me in these two queries
    1)T14 AMD Ryzen 7 would run games much better than T14 Intel i-7 (with 2 GB graphic card) ? (Asking this because you mentioned AMD R7 performance is almost same as a discrete graphic card based system)
    2) Would the T14AMD R7 be good for content creation (if I choose high dual ram config) ?
    Thanks in advance.

    • @BsianTech
      @BsianTech  Před 3 lety +3

      Hi Roshan Kanth, thank you for the comment =). As for the T14 R7 running games better than T14 i7 with MX330. I think the T14 i7 with the MX330 still will be better for gaming wise due to faster single core and still the discrete is just a tad faster but in saying so the T14 R7 isn't too far behind if you get it dual ram config. The T14 R7 still a heck a lot cheaper than the i7 plus MX330 with not too far behind in gaming performancing so still would recommend the T14 R7. As for content creation yes the T14 R7 will be better since "most" content creation software take advantages of multicore and the R7 is double the i7 in that regards. Hope that helps =) happy hunting.

    • @BsianTech
      @BsianTech  Před 3 lety

      I haven't had this happen yet, I would be looking on Lenovo website for new trackpad drivers or firmware. After that been update and still issue check if USB mouse scroll has same issue and also check in a different browser, eg. Chrome, Firefox, brave. If trackpad still playing up my next course be calling Lenovo support
