Eurovision 2021 - What if Italy didn't participate? (Part 3/3 - Televoting)

Here is the third and final part of my theoretical video series displaying a scoreboard with the results of the Eurovision 2021 Grand Final if Italy didn't participate. To get these results, Italy has been excluded from the jury and televoting rankings and the new top 10 of each country receives points. Remember that this is only a theoretical video and does not intend to discredit Måneskin's win.
Making these videos takes up a lot of my free time, so a like or a sub would be greatly appreciated!

Russia supercedes Lithuania, Sweden is ranking above Moldova, while Azerbaijan edges out Belgium. And in the meantime, Bulgaria and Greece are still tied with each other and unfortunately, Bulgaria would have lost this tie break as well. A few countries, like Albania would have gotten even less points. Edit: Croatia still wouldn't have qualified and probably would have even been farther away from the final. I'm not sure, but probably they wouldn't have been a jury and a televote qualifier. But nevermind.

With Bulgaria it's especially unfortunate since they actually got more televotes, but EBU's retarded system doesn't count it

croatia wouldve qualified. belgium got 14 points from italy while croatia got 2 and norway got 7. this would put them ahead of belgium and tied them with norway.

@@logandoll6407 I didn't look up Belgium and only compared Norway and Croatia and they would have been tied and Norway would have advanced, bc they got more points from the televote, if they were tied for 10th.
