I really enjoyed this with the super closeup pictures and the music of the shells. A person could almost imagine they were there alone. I almost hollered for you when you found the (I think) Iceland Scallop. What a beauty.

Watching this video in the morning hours here, where I live, was quite relaxing and at the end I imagined you on that ship heading back to the mainland for evening adventure...and thanx for letting me tag along....in 4k...!

If you had only ONE chance to go shelling in Maine...where would you go? I know you can't predict the currents or weather. But I will have only one chance. Any suggestions?
Great question! Maine isn't so much like SW Florida, with heaps and piles of shells. But, one may still find amazing treasures, and it makes the hunt very rewarding. Depending on where you will be staying in Maine(it's a BIG state), I would recommend a visit to locations that are "consistently" good for washing up beach loot. In my humble opinion, you would most likely enjoy Biddeford Pool/East Point Sanctuary, Peaks Island(accessible by ferry from Portland), and Timber Point Preserve - all of these are located in southern Maine. These are of course, just a few locations, but you may find some of the great, and unique shells, that Maine has to offer, at these spots. Thanks for watching!
