- We have been chased by the Russian Army, Detained at boarders and explored many crumbling Abandoned buildings, However there has to be a limit to the risks we take to make a video, This week we explore an abandoned mansion in a former Victorian gated community to show what happens to building if they are left too long and can no longer be saved, but by doing this we put our selves in one of the MOST DANGEROUS buildings we have ever been in! Risk, but this one was particularly hard to watch. The battle with the pigeons was absolutely hysterical. You guys are so fun to follow!

To answer your question, I think this amount of risk is just stupid to be honest. It’s not worth the reward. We enjoy any space that you explore, but your health and safety just isn’t worth the chance of seeing decrepit piles of asbestos and mold regardless of how enticing it is. We need you two lunatics safe and healthy. Love you guys!!! 💕
I had no idea that mold came in such fascinatingly alien forms before I began my Finders Beeper journey! But I agree, the risk of these guys falling through the floor just isn't worth it, despite the fact that we got to see a baby pigeon-y bastard!
So glad I found this channel. You guys are killing me. Mind those pigeons 😂. I’m not sure I’d of risked those rotting floors.

This was a very very interesting investigation. I’ve got 2 words to describe this place...”death trap”!!!
The best part was the pigeons!!! That was a good jump scare when Andy went after that one pigeon creating that whole explosion of birds!
I understand how Andy gets stressed when you go to certain areas! I’m safe at home yet even I’m scared and stressed because of what you’re doing! I try to tell myself everything will be ok because you posted the video and made others afterwards.
Yet I stress when you’re doing certain things! Stay safe guys!!
I enjoy watching the risk, but I would definitely not be able to watch in person or stomach doing it myself. It doesn't bother me in your videos because I know since you've uploaded it, you survived 😆

What a wonderful explore! I am not too keen on watching the danger you get yourself into, but can’t stop watching!!! The details of the wood and stuff is great.. it looks like his was a building for the arts... painting, wood working, horticulture, pottery... love it! Y’all take care and be careful!

I think some of the risks you take are good. And it's always interesting what you find. And it's kind of funny watching Andy's reaction when you do something a bit risky. As long as you don't take it too far. I would hate to see either one of you injured more than a scratch on the leg.

The reason you've become my favorite urban explorers is because you go traipsing into areas inside these amazing places where most won't tread. It's thorough exploration. And, I love videos like these that expose the sadness of allowing these once majestic structures to rot, be wiped from history, and replaced by boring and ugly development. I really wish you two hilarious goobs would wear some kind of respirator, especially in cases like these; black mold, pigeon turds, Matt's butt etc. Entertaining as usual, guys! Yet, missing a cameo from Matt's toxic butt.
Poor Matt needs some knee-pads! Especially since he refuses to ever wear pants. Seeing him crawling through rubble and tight holes without protection... always wear protection! I'll leave it at that!😉

Allright lads ..this place ! Totally awsome ! That white mould in the letter rack is brown fungus called Dry rot its dreadfull once it gets a hold and can go from a cellar to attic in no time ! This is my kind of explore I done a few ! Enjoyed watching ! Like the gothic arch door too !
Matt, you really need to wear a pair of jeans in these places to protect yourself from glancing cuts from whatever is there to snag you. I'm honestly surprised you haven't gotten something up through your shoe more often. Glad you two are okay, was a fun explore. Never know what stories these places have to tell.

I really look forward yo your videos every week. Just love you two to bits. 💜💜. But.... No risk. And no eating old moldy food 🤢. But I have to tell you up in that attic area where the paintings and the pigeons were.... I saw lots of orbs and I think that’s why the pigeons were attacking because I think they saw them as well. There was an orb right in front of you when Andy was standing in the doorway and that’s when one of the pigeons came right at your face.
You all made me SO nervous walking on the second floor. SO SCARY! :O

Sorry I missed your live premiere, so have just watched it now. Yes you are very risky sometimes and it's scarey to watch, especially when you climbed up them ladders in the gas tower in Germany. I would be the same, that rat would be so getting it with that metal rod Andy grabbed hold of lol . That place was well sketchy x

RISK I love it cos I used to do it as a kid and would love to do it now all I can suggest is you wear better footwear and clobber cos a decent pair of boots can be the difference between a rusty nail and hospital visit for a jab and if say a leg goes threw and you've got shorts on ya leg gets efed up... hahaha I rest my case you've just cut ya leg...

When you guys are up in that little space looking up at the pigeons , Andy is talking there's a blue green orb that comes from the upper right hand corner above his head and goes towards and out the door.
I don't know how to to do a time stamp. I never see orbs but I saw that one.
