I love me some sex knives! I do wonder how they as a company arrived in the place where they decided they were going to release a set with a nice case with SEX on the inside of the box. However it happened I love it.
@@smokey-qq6hd My pleasure! I love Elmax too. It's one of my favorite steels for a work knife. I keep a diamond stone by my workbench at the shop, and if I don't let it go too long, it gets a nice edge pretty fast.
@@smokey-qq6hd Do it man! I bought a Manticore S and now saving for the E. Absolutely the best OTF I own and like it more than my UTX 70(Comparable size) and Axial OTF. Only OTF I have that I like more would be my Benchmade Autocrat!(2x the cost however)
When you mentioned other companies shady practice of switching out blade material (steel) we ALL know you were referring to Microtech Knives. They absolutely piss me off as they sell knives and now don't tell you at all what steel your getting. It simply states "Premium Steel" in the description. They may always use good quality materials, but if I'm buying an OTF and I want M390 I'd like to know that's what I'm paying for and not wait for the "surprise" in the mail.
At least they go in bulk. I have 3 lately in m390 and the signature series doesn’t even say it but i know it’s m390 by production month. However heretic is his sons company so similar practices maybe in the future

Sex knives: 60% of the time, they work EVERY time.
I was watching Does It Doom and then this came up. And yes, it does doom.
I try to doom when I can.
How big is the S model compared to the UTX 85 or Dirac?

I had the same thought, but I love it! In an industry devoid of humor, it’s refreshing.
That manticore s is my wife's favorite knife. I need 2 buy her another one. She lost the damn thing 🤦🏻♂️
What kinda steel blade on the e model
They’re all Elmax.
@@thegunpenguin ooo man I want one now. That's great steel. Thanks man
