Dream custom hybrid ebike rebuild, service and customization - mid drive TSDZ2 Liv Alight

After 2 years of service, the bike turned out to be fantastic for the owner. Because it suffered lately with skipping the gear from time to time, I decided to give it a completely new look when servicing the engine. Now it fully meets the requirements of the owner and can be called the ultimate dream bike ;-). The issue with engine was solved by replacing the blue shaft which is easily available as a spare part.
I also decided to make a custom wooden box for the battery, as 3d printing turned out to be to complicated and I love working with wood.

Bike spec:
Custom hybrid/cross e-bike based on Giant/Liv Alight frameset with a mid drive TSDZ2 engine and custom 10,5Ah 48V battery.
Custom 1x9 drive train (mix of Shimano and SRAM components) - which I show on a different video and custom build alloy wheels.
Total weight of a ride ready bike is under 16kg.

Great build. Could you please provide a little info on your battery setup?

I am not expert in batteries so I ordered a custom one, but it was built using standard Samsung 18650 cells and has power of 10,5Ah (504Wh) and runs under 48V. It is enough for a 100km on flat area using 1st level of support, in the hills it drops to 50-60 km.
