I would say McDavid, can't win a cup when you have unreliable goaltending. He has been around 2 points a game the past couple years in the playoffs. Guy is just unlucky
Crosby is the answer because he has done it MANY Times. McDavid showed last 2 years that he is capable being better, but NOT YET.

It's actually a good question. Crosby usually gets it done and mcdavid doesn't but mcdavid is the best player skill wise ever

I don't see ODog getting a vote because of his "attitude". I can see Hayes getting one at some point because he sounds more like a typical journalist which they'd probably cater to more.
Lets look at it this way. How many great players never won a cup until later in their career. Bourque never won a cup until his final season, and only because he piggybacked a cup with Colorado. Ovechkin won a cup until his 13th season. Yzerman never won a cup until his 14th season. There are others I'm just using the obvious ones. Also don't use Olympics as one because the NHL hasn't had players in Olympics for a few years.
McDavid will get a Cup and CS. He is too good.
