This is a great little video and just what I need in preparation for winter (I love summer!) especially.
Thanks Peter 👍
I'm the same, not a lover of winter but you've got to get out there and train and a few little essentials can really help 😊
Thanks for watching 🙏
Great video with some useful tips as always. Like the outtakes, humour always helps. Thanks for sharing.
Cheers John that's very kind 👍
Glad you like the outtakes, theirs lots to choose from 😂
Thanks for watching and taking the time to comment it's really appreciated 🙏
I'm completely with you on the gilet and arm warmers combo - it's great for changeable conditions.
It sure is Robin 👌
Thanks for the insight Loyd. 👍🏻
No worries Simon 👍
Thanks so much for watching and taking the time to comment it's really appreciated 🙏
Bought the doxarun gilet after this video. Very happy with it. Incredebly lightweight. Just what I needed for autumn runs (combined with sleeves)
That's awesome 😊
Really glad you like your Gilet it's a great combination for winter running! Thanks so much for watching the channel and taking the time to comment it's really appreciated 🙏
Brilliant thank you ☺️
No worries Nick, really glad you enjoyed it and thanks for watching the channel it's really appreciated 🙏
Stance socks are the best! Wish I could get my hands on some of those Lucho Dillitos blocks down here in NZ, they look delicious!
They make some awesome socks Wyatt! 🧦👌
Hopefully Lucho Dillitos when make it to NZ soon, it's a great product 😋
Thanks for watching 🙏
Another Stance fan here, particularly for the trails where I prefer a longer sock. Also with you on arm warmers, I think if they're good enough for Kipchoge, Farah, et al then they're good enough for me!
One of my essentials? A few sheets of loo roll, just in case. 😉
I totally agree Stuart! You never know when nature will come calling 😉
Great video and for a while been thinking of the arm warmers but stuck with rolling up sleeves on a long tee, but maybe 2020/1 I will upgrade! Interested to also check out the Columbian blocks although I'm guessing the'll be an interesting one to get past customs, especially if you also have Energy Powder divided up into zip lock bags 😂 Happy Running, Loyd
Thanks Paul 👍
I've just invested in a air of SAYSKY arm warmers, they work really well. I'm sure that would give you lots of energy but they're not that type of Columbian energy block!! 😂
You should definitely give them ago, I've been really impressed with them. Thanks for your great support as always 🙏
I finally bought an ultimate direction vest on clearance, and it's so comfy, I wear it on any run over an hour, though I don't technically NEED it. I'm a huge fan of gillets (aka vests in the US) and wear them 3 seasons out of the year. That belt looks cool, and I might have to try arm warmers!
It's a brilliant running belt Kelly and arm warmers are a great addition to any runners wardrobe 👍
Thanks for taking the time to comment it's really appreciated 🙏
Now that the weather is getting colder gloves!!!! I do like the doxa top!
Come on John I've got to save the gloves for my Winter essentials video!! 😂😂😂
Thanks for watching and supporting the channel its really appreciated 🙏
@@Run4Adventure haha i'm thinking i need mittens with my hands!!!
@@johnjames9602 I've got some mittens in store👍😊
Big fan of arm warmers and gillets here. Occasionally use long socks if it's really cold. And a recent convert to Stance socks.
Awesome Roland 👍
You can't beat a pair of Stance socks! Hopefully see you out somewhere tomorrow 😊
Thanks for the support 🙏
i love the opening🤣
Thanks very much 👍
Really glad you enjoyed it and thanks for watching the channel and taking the time to comment 🙏
Thx to this vid I have been obsessing over Gilets for 3 weeks now. Please make a Video about different ones 😅
No worries Soti 👍
The running Gilet is an awesome bit of running kit, once you've got one you'll always wear it 😊
Thanks for the support 🙏
Another great video...looking at the race belt..I'm a 32 inch waist size chart says xs/s would you go up to a m? Love these reviews....keep up the good work 👍
Hi George I'd definitely go up to a M/Lrg the belts size up small! 👍
Thanks mate, really glad you're enjoying the channel and thanks for watching 🙏
u da man Loyd!
Thanks for the amazing support MCM 🙏
Great gear... 👍👍💪💪💪
Thanks Aleksandar 👍
Really glad you enjoyed the video and thanks for watching the channel it's really appreciated 🙏
@@Run4Adventure chanel is good... Brands from rewiu... Are top, Say Sky. Compressport... 👍💪
Reviews... I'am sorry my English is not so good... ‼️
I'm with you on gilets. I very rarely use a jacket and usually just have a tee and gloves when it's colder. What is your choice for head gear?
Awesome S Ellis 👍
Head Wear choice would be a Ciele Cap or a Buff Beanie depending on the conditions 😊
Thanks for watching the channel it's really appreciated 🙏
New subscriber here, great videos. Love these essentials, big fan of arm warmers - will try the gillet and the energy blocks.
Thanks Alan that's really appreciated and welcome to the Run4Adventure family 👍 The energy blocks are super tasty and well worth a try 😊
Thanks for watching the channel 🙏
Just joined stava and have you a follow! Excited to see your progress!

Shoes are over rated! 😂😂😂
Thanks for watching 👍
BR form Cracow Poland
i have t8 shorts. it is like that free belt and shorts in one.
Awesome, I'll have to check them out 👍 Thanks for watching the channel it's really appreciated 🙏
Have you tried out the Naked Running Band? The CompresSport belt looks pretty similar.
Hi Robin
I've tried to but I've never been able to find any stock in my size? 🤔
I know it's a good belt that lots of runners love! If I can get hold of one I'll definitely review it on the channel. Thanks for watching it's really appreciated 🙏
Hey Loyd, I am looking for a waterproof running jacket that is compatible with hydration vest, (I prefer to wear the jacket OVER the vest, what would you recommend? I was looking at Salomon S/Lab motionfit 360 jacket but damn that one is hella expensive, I would love to hear your thoughts, thank you.
Hi there
The S-Lab 360 jacket is OK but I think it's over priced for what you get! 😮
I personally think theres better jackets for less money. Maybe check out some of these and see what you think?? Hope this helps and thanks for watching the channel 🙏

www.inov-8.com/stormshell-waterproof-running-jacket-mens
Run4Adventure thank you so much!
Do you think the saysky rangers would be to thin for the arc, I've got a couple of pairs of salomon and inov8 and of course the trusty Ron Hills but I'm always in the market for more
I think they would be fine but SAYSKY also do a twin skin short as well. I'm going to get a pair for the Arc next year 👍
It looks like a great pair of shorts.
Thanks for watching and supporting mate 🙏
@@Run4Adventure cheers bud I guess I'll be checking the website late
Hey mate. Any other suggestions for a running vest? Can’t find that Doxa in my size!
Hi Max
Oh that's a shame! I've got a couple from Craft that have been really good, nice and light, pac down small and last for ever 😊
I've also got one from Gore, it's really good but there kit is pretty expensive! Hope this helps and thanks for watching the channel 🙏
@@Run4Adventure thanks. I actually managed to find one in the end. So have it coming for Christmas. Next thing is an ‘affordable’ waterproof jacket 😖
Awesome Max, well done! It's a great bit of running kit, you'll love it! 👌
Can I ask how tall and heavy you are? The running belt looks good, just wondering bc you said the size recommendation was off on their website.
Hi Thomas
I'm 6ft 1" and weigh 77kg, my waist is 32". I us a M/Lrg in the free belt Pro and it fits really well 👍
Hope this helps and thanks for watching the channel 🙏
@@Run4Adventure thank you, much appreciated. Waist size is probably the only important info here, haha.
@@thomasmader8893
No worries, it's a great belt 👍
You have a M/L in the compressport belt. Whet size is your waist?
I'm a 32-34 waist 👍
Hope this helps and thanks for watching the channel it's really appreciated 🙏
Thank you!
No worries 👍
Colombia energy blocks?? That guy must by genius at marketing. A simple bocadillo turnes into a energy block due to Good marketing. I always carry bocadillos when cycling, hiking, running etc. Sad part: why put Plastic if you already have a hell of a packing in thoose banana leafs.
You're right there Carlos, very clever marketing! 👍
It is a shame about the plastic but it's to give them a better shelf live and for distribution 😊
Great product though, super tasty!
