    I followed these instructions and fixed my cruise control and horn problem on my 200i Nissan Frontier. There was one extra screw holding the plastic housings around the steering column, otherwise, same exact process.

    Also guys since you're working with the airbag to go under the bonnet or hood and unplug the negative terminal and ensure that the wire is not touching any bare metal and leave the car for about 5 minutes this is a requirement as it might spark or the airbag will deploy while you're working with it

    good little tutorial but my only recommendation for saftey sake is to dissconnect the battery before you play with airbags as you don't want the risk of setting it off accidently

    • @Kolona222

      Yes its very very likely I had the exact same problem with my cruise control, it would only turn on in a certain turning angle 👍

      Alright mate sounds like your new clock spring isn’t riggt, if you still have the old one put this one in and see if that’s changing anything. Why did you need a new one? Because of the same problem you have now?

    Removing airbag with the battery still connected is not too safe ?

    • @Kolona222
      @Kolona222  Před 3 lety

      You are right it’s not and you shouldn’t do it, I did it half a dozen times without any problems and with being careful of course but you should disconnect the battery. Some say then you should even wait for 24h because there could be still some rest power left

    • @Kolona222
      @Kolona222  Před 3 lety +1
