Thanks for the video Jonathan! I Just bought Europe 1940 2nd edition and Pacific 1940 2nd edition to play Global '40. Used to play the other variants of Axis & Allies, so me and my game friends are going to figure out this "new" game. This video like all your other video's are always a great help!
@@JonathanMeyer84 Last saturday we play tested the game for 1 round. I played the Axis and like the real history, Germany directly kicked France out of Europe the first round. So Germany took the French IPC's and leaving France without any production capabilities. Nice to see there are finally Dutch emblems on the Dutch territories. I only wonder why there is no standing army or an standing army which can be activated in any Axis & Allies games in the Dutch East Indies?! The Dutch had the KNIL (Royal Dutch Indies Army) over there. It's just a detail, so I don't want to complain too much. It's definitely an awesome game!

If for some reason France had units in Pacific, could they take and/or use money islands?
Not with their capital occupied, Paris would need to be liberated for them to take and collect for money Islands.
