@@Sportfanaat No, but I feel that burr rub is better as there's less chance of locking. Also the grinder is so forgiving that it doesn't matter too much. I just experiment with anything between 2.5 and 5.5 on my one .

I wish you emphasized that the Pietro is a flat burr compared to conical in others. Like to like would be more informative…IMO
