  • I took the drone for another flight, this time for 500m. It's pretty stable up there if my connection wasn't that bad, because I lost it one time and then immediately pressed the "return to home" button. Always fly safe!

I’m very glad I bought one, instead of going for a cheaper model. Mini 2 is very reliable, I said I’d probably never trust flying it over water, but on my 3rd or 4th flight I was already flying over lakes in my area.

Why are people judging you? In a lot of areas (including mine) the 120m flight limit is a STRONG RECOMMENDATION but not an actual law, it's up to the pilots experience and judgement. You were flying over empty fields which won't put anyone at risk. Unless you're in a no fly zone/flight path, you flew responsibly.

@Ashkan EB in ads-b is only required in class a b and c airspace. The only time it is required in class e is if they are flying above 10000 feet. So whiles it's good dji put that on it isn't always going to work. Because planes don't have to use it by rule

@Ashkan EB what a ridiculous thing to say. maximum heights are their for safety, if a drone pilot caused an aircraft to crash through their stupidity they would spend a long time in jail. Think of it like this . . .aircraft are allowed to fly at different heights, for drones this is 0ft to 400ft, it is like saying that pedestrians go on pavements and cars go on roads. If you were driving your car at speed on the motorway / freeway and saw a pedestrian in the middle of the road would you think this was ok or would you think them a complete dickhead for being there.
