This is one of the best songs T.I. released. Everytime I see Eminem on a song with one of my favourite artists, I'm hyped but sad at the same time, cuz I know Eminem will push any artists to be his best, but unfortunately, he will also wash him on his own song.

Watching someone becoming an Em Stan in real time over the course of the year has been really interesting.

Ti is one of the few that matches well with Em. The difference imo is that this was a “flossing” song about the rap game and Ti stayed on topic, on top of him never really being bar heavy. Em was kinda all over the place and took a more “freestyle” approach which for a person who’s already good at “barring”, makes it even easier. Ti deserves credit for not getting completely buried in this song cause it could’ve happened easily.

this song is on every playlist i have made on spotify even to this day. I grew up an hour from ATL, so i been rocking with TI since "im serious" and "rubberband man" so basically for 20 years. then Em is one of my fav artists, and this song is not only nice to the ears but i feel like the sound of their voices sound really good on a track together.
Love this song. From the first time I heard it all those years ago. The beat is just melodic as hell w/ that Spanish style guitar picking and snare/base kick, fire verses from Em, TI on the chorus sounds incredible and his flow is nice, great lyrics, production is awesome. Sounds as good today as it did when it first came out. To me, It’s a perfect song. The especially perfect song to drive with the moonroof open, windows down, system up, speeding at night. It’s a whole vibe. Ugh. I had a bad ass hemi hellion conversion V8 super Charger when this came out, black with red leather. Named her “The Reaper” 😂 It was incredible to turn this up loud on that Aiwa system, and just drive the summer night, arm out the window, lost in the music, rumbling, growling power under the hood like a caged tiger, alone on the road, singing and rapping every world. The tone and confidence in his voice was what got me . His lines carried weight with the rhythm of the song . But see that’s why em goes last because HE will make you understand why he is the G.O.A.T. Not Only can em take a beat and make words fit any way he wants but he puts an explanation point on it when his delivers his punch line . When he raps his lyrics is just to undeniably to educated to be F. W. Sure, in da club may have had a bigger impact than 3 t.i songs combined, but that's not the format of the VS at all. 50 put out enormous hits early in his career, while t.i has put out more consistent above-average hits over a longer period of time, which in the format of the VS gives t.i the win.
