I saw that app, a about 10 years ago, the "secure function" was you choose how many times has the phone vibrate to unlock the phone, when you put the "finger print", and you have to wait for those number of vibrations to unlock, if someone doesn't the number of vibrations that person will think the sensor is real.
I used to use app like this long before fingerprint were a thing, but required like 2 tap or some movement, so a simple tap won’t unlock it immediately
That fingerprint sensor is so futuristic. It knows that it is still you even when you open it with your nose. It even knows that you are the one touching the cat so it still unlocked itself.
