Unlike Apple, Android is an open source operating system built on Linux. There are various distros that completely strip out all the Google crap, or you can compile your own that doesn't have any corporate stuff in it. Any Android phone can be a freedom phone.

Lol for real. Writing an OS from the ground up yourself can take years to decades (like TempleOS and Plan 9 by Bell Labs) and making one on-par with Linux, Windows, and MacOS is essentially impossible without a dedicated team and years of work.
