    ooooh, worse ways to die?
The brazen bull was an iron bull that one of the most cruel kings decided to make because he liked watching people suffer. It was a metal bull with a door that you would stuff people in, then you would light a fire beneath it. The smoke would be only slightly vented out the nostrils of the bull so you were burning and choking at the same time.
There was also a guy who got caught in a steam vent and was steamed alive, imo worse than burning because your nerves stay alive instead of being burnt away.
Then there was Death of a Thousand Cuts, or Lingchi (凌遲) in which a person was killed over a period of time by methodically removing certain parts of the body, starting with chunks of skin and then eventually removing limbs. It was also done in a public place, so you get publicallly humiliated, killed, then humiliated after death. China was brutal
Might not be worse than napalm but it’s certainly not a way I want to go.

Worse ways to die than napalm? Well, I saw someone mentioned the wooden horse / spanish donkey (favoured method of the spanish inquisistion, hence it's name), so that's off the table. I don't exactly remember the name of this, I've always called it the sun disk, and it should give an idea of what exactly it is, but not fully, so let me go into gruesome detail.
Victims of this specific type of "torture" (really, it was more execution with extreme suffering involved), would be stripped naked, partially (or sometimes wholly if the executioner was proficent enough to extend consciousness) skinned/flayed, and then affixed onto a semi-large stone wheel, only to be left in the sun to die. I'd have to say that's way up there with napalm and the spanish donkey.

The Neo-Assyrians (911-608 BC/BCE) commonly employed a similiar tactic reserved for the worst enemies, usually rebel leaders.
Ashurnasirpal II (c. 889-853 BC/BCE) is quoted as saying in terms of flaying:
"I have made a pillar facing the city gate, and have flayed all the rebel leaders; I have clad the pillar in the flayed skins. I let the leaders of the conquered cities be flayed, and clad the city walls with their skins. The captives I have killed by the sword and flung on the dung heap"

Worse ways to die? Falling into a wood chipper feet first sounds pretty awful, especially if you're pulled out and then just bleed to death.

A worse way to die then Napalm? Time to use my weird fascination with torture.
    Wooden horse.
The wooden horse is one of if not the most painful methods of torture ever conceived. You strip the victim, tie them atop the "horse", add weight to the ankles & watch as their body slowly wedged apart from the crotch. This will give the victim an extremely slow and extremely painful death. Unless they choose to give up the information and are lucky enough to be granted a quick death.
Funnily enough, though it's been long banned as a method of torture. It's made a reappearance in the BDSM community. Though of course in much less dangerous ways.
The difference between agonizing pain which makes you beg for death & extreme levels of pleasure is the same as everything else in life, moderation.
