Great video! Would be nice if you could talk about how to cover rear court flick serves if you are standing all the way at the front line. I feel like it takes quite a bit of skill to move that far back so quickly and produce a good quality shot, maybe you have some tips?

Practice standing on the line and exploding backwards. Have someone flick serve you over and over again, you know it's coming so can practice the movement. Then have them mix up short and flick serves and work on reaction timing. Finally when you start playing games push yourself to stand closer to the service line than you normally do and try to keep working yourself up to the line.

Mentally always be ready for the flick service if u r on the service line. Other way is show your opponent that u r going to charge the short service so he is forced to do the flick service that's how u can fake him.But This is a thing of practice.

It should be a lose one and tight it whenever u will hit the shuttle. You should use the neutral grip generally.
