Hello! I would love to include that but we actually do not get the site plan for the homes. But you can definitely plant fruit trees in basically every lot here in Marion Oaks. Every lot is at least .23 acres and you can even find some of these homes on .50-.74 acres so that is plenty of space. I can however, add the length and width of the lot so you have it in the description 😊 thank you for watching!

You kept your promise, a beautiful house. You can't turn that area in the front into a bedroom because there's no other window by the door, making it too dark then. Nice price for that size house. I just wish they didn't use white cabinets but a little darker like brown like cherry or something. Our little saints will dirty and stain it up so fast.
I did! There is also another option that is a 4/3 just very few in the moment. Some people would still do it. They can keep the window or if needed, a bigger one. They have this home in other lots as well with possibly other cabinet colors. I dan help you find other options :)

Ha Florida, nah Insurance is going to hit homeowners with the new laws , also laws for the HOA’s in 2025 which will bankrupt homeowners. We are moving out
