Hello. In this area, there is not. There are not many flood zones in Ocala
One of the nicest homes I’ve seen in a central Florida new build. I’m so sick of the dining room at the front door and the wonky kitchen layouts and the staggered cabinet heights in every home I see here. They did a great job especially with that kitchen!

Nice layout, only fault is it sure looked like you were standing on the septic system in the back yard. Might be an issue to install a pool or a large cost to move it.
So the septic was actually in front but for some reason they left the hill in the back. The home in itself is so beautiful and spacious. Great distribution

Yes this is a spec home builder not custom. There aren't too many custom builders that have affordable prices or homes to record but I like that you have the capability to make it your own after closing without having to spend a pretty penny :)

This area is starting to be built on. There aren't as many New Construction homes as there are in Marion Oaks. I do have a couple in Rolling Hills on my channel.
