We would probably turn that smaller room into a game room for ourselves lol! Do you think the builder would have a problem swapping out the carpet for the tile or some other kind of flooring and the quartz for granite?? Thank you! 😊 We would definitely do California Closets in the closets. Too bad the master bath wasn't jetted 😢. What about adding a pool and enclosing the backyard with fencing? I do like the house! Any breed restrictions on dogs??
I think that would be such a great idea! I could see a pool table being in this room. They do allow that. It would have to be a home that’s not completed and they will do it for you 😊 they countertops they don’t change unfortunately. They do have other floor plans with showers and bathtubs so that’s a plus! You are able to add a fence with mo issues. I have a couple of contacts who can take care of that. Breed restrictions I have not seen any but that I can verify 😊
Can I use this home as my second home when I need and go for short term rentals when I do not need to use ?
Yes. There are ways to go about it if that is something you’re interested in. Every community has different restrictions of rental based on the area. That’s something we can go more into detail about 😊
Where is that community located at?
This one is a model home located in Freedom Crossings Preserve. They are not building in this specific community anymore however they are building this model in a couple of different communities 😊

I do not like microwaves over the stove look so cheap. Expensive houses do not have that. I'd rather have a million dollar house in Ocala with five bedrooms. With no HOA
HOA. No thanks.
Yes. This builder does have a low HOA but they do not have too many restrictions. 😊
