How about mentioning what going on with the insurance rates they have been going up for the last 5 years because companies are leaving Florida & taxes another problem now that Gov & Disney are at war. I bought house 2017 insurance was 4000 now it’s 8000 taxes 3,500 now 7000 so u tell me if it pays to buy a house in Florida and forget

Where is your property located, my dear Pete? I’m explaining about this particular property, not in a flood zone, not close to areas with high-risk hurricanes. Also, everyone who buys a property needs to comprehend that the only stability in the mortgage is the principal, and interest, taxes, and insurance always fluctuate. If you are not comfortable you can apply for homestead or another type or program if you're 55+ plus old for example
