Would you recommend buy a new development house in Alachua, just north of Gainesville? And what's the tornado insurance like in that region for 415k property?

It's not a bad area to buy. I always recommend places based off what clients like to do. That would depend. I typically work with and insurance broker to get us the best deals with everything you would need/want.

I'm from the west coast, so cal.
I been to Florida on your east coast, was planning a trip/vacation for next month for your west coast but the wife decided against because of our infant and younger child. She said having our infant in the car for hours on for the next 5 or 6 days, wouldn't be a good idea. Plus other our child would go insane in the car for 5 days from hours of seating there.

The builder typically doesn’t do the home without carpet but we can always work with them to get the home with no carpet 😊

For that price all the appliances and window treatments should be included. The kitchen counter looks too busy for me. Nice otherwise

The pricing for this one is due to the location. It is next to big homes and horses. I agree. There are a lot of builder who are not including this anymore due to increase in pricing. Thank you for watching :)
