- There's a pretty good chance you've used a Keynote or PowerPoint slide in a video at some point. We have all done this I think.
In this video, I demonstrate a better alternative in many cases.
Edit: Today I made a collection of these templates available here:

Great instructional video for us part time video publishers; thanks again for all you do for our FCP community!
Sure thing. I'm glad it helps! :)
Thank you. Your tutorials are always comprehensive. I’ve learned so much from you.
Well that's super kind of you to say. :)
Just what I was looking for! Thank you!
You have the best instructional skills! Thanks for sharing!
Very kind of you to say. Thanks! :)
Cannot agree more. Always appreciate the tips. Thank you!
Thanks! :)
This was so helpful! Thank you.
Still learning from you after all these years. Nice!
I appreciate that!
Just came across your channel (was looking for Key frames). I just switch from iMovie back to Final Cut. I taught a class on apple media (iMovie, Final cut, iPhotos, garage band etc). This was an excellent tutorial. It was well laid out and very well explained. I look forward to watching the other Final cut tutorials and can't wait to check out Motion. I present at conferences and workshop, so this was very helpful. Loved the video. Thank you
Excellent, thank you for the feedback! :)
Izzy, Your products are terrific and the tutorials are the best around. Question: Can video clips be put in drop zones with audio? So say I want someone in a drop zone making a statement, will the audio be in there with picture?
thank you for the video and for your motion templates. It is really a pity that we cannot easily integrate keynote slides into final cut, and be able to edit the text and format, or directly have a slide-type function built in in FCP. I am glad that I stayed through your video, as I was ready to leave when I saw that you were inserting slides as images .... but then you came with a nicer solution.
Izzy, was trying to do what you showed in this clip. But when I tried to buy the product for but you have to have a membership...and guess what you can join at this time...What gives my Brother, I would love to learn...Ray
you can do the motion in Keynotes
Hi ...is there a chance your payment system uses Apple Pay? Thanks for your work on this.
Well, I don't think it takes Apple Pay yet, but it does take credit cards. And if you have Paypal I can manually set you up.
