I love how Kendrick hasn't released in years and is still revelant
Kendrick lays thors hammer on the rap game and it doesn’t go anywhere until he returns 👑
His work is still marinating. People still absorbing and breaking it down, layers upon layers, and some people are just NOW realizing, and playing catch up.
Even if he doesn’t drop this year his album is still album of the year at this point lol
Lol for being good at what he does
I hate it
I Appriciate the fact that Kendrick takes his time on making his music because its so timeless and His music is attached to so many of My memories.
Take 5 years at least needs too drop a single or something
@@jonathancoleman9266 may 13th Mr. Morale & the big steppers
The blacker the Berry is not only one of my favourite songs ever, but it is also amongst the most intense.
Been in close vicinity of him given off that energy must’ve been visceral for anyone who was there
Poe man’s dream is just as good
Sing about me, I'm dying of thirst
How much a dollar cost
Mortal Man, ADHD, Recipe
@@peekaboo9976 that song and Duckworth have the best storytelling I've heard in music IMO
He really is the only artist that still has that Mystique to him. I’m dying to see what his next album will sound like 🐐
Can you check out my beats on my channel it got that old school vibe in it lemme know.if not one love
You gonna be waiting a while Kendrick don’t release music it’s like detox
Cole the same
He definitely has mystique but Kanye is the father of mystiques
Yeah him and Carti
This is why I absolutely love him and his craft, he takes nothing for granted and his dedication for the craft is on another level. Without a doubt one of the greatest living artists of our generation. I know I’m a nobody but I’d love to just sit down and have a conversation with him, and I’m positive I’ll leave the conversation self reflecting on a lot of things to better my own endeavors be it in work or art. Can’t wait for his next project to come out.
Dedicated my ass dude ain’t drop nothing in 5 Years how you gonna call somebody dedicated too his craft in he ain’t dropping shit smfh.
You’re not a nobody
@@shawnjking4207 I’m here because I’m a fan but I’m not about too sit her in call Kendrick dedicated to his craft if he ain’t drop shit in 5 years if he doesn’t drop this year proves he lazy which he is he is not nas or Jay z he can’t go 5-10 years without dropping music in still be considered the goat lmfao y’all calling him the goat smfh.
@@shawnjking4207 will see
@@jonathancoleman9266 lol, sound like a hater
You don't normally hear such a wide variety of artists giving one guy this level of praise an admiration. Damn the album sales and streaming numbers, this is a testament to not only a great artist, but one that's categorically DIFFERENT from his peers
Can you check out my beats on my channel it got that old school vibe in it lemme know.if not one love
Only other person I’ve seen get such accolades is Eminem
I would of love to see him in the studio while making Sing About Me, I'm Dying Of Thirst.
He got shot in the middle of that session
@@leorodrigues9596 haha, REAL MUSIC HEAD RIGHT HERE! I see wat you did there
😩maaaaaaaaaaaan...!!!! Talk about a religious experience DAMN!
@@handolo1266 exactly.
That song was playing in my head when I almost died back in 2014
6:28 Kendrick absolutely murdered Mask Off. “Now they don’t even know how to rate ‘em,
n-ggas looking like I’m a created player,” is one of my favorite bars he’s spat to date. KDOT is a G.O.A.T. And I can’t wait to hear what he does next.
This the first time I’ll hear someone say they didn’t like the mask off verse and damn 💔💔
That shit was fire 🔥
@rayne ozier facts
"she said she broke down prince died😢, Bitch, my hair down, Prince live thru me" 🙏🌠
he actually says create-a-player like what you can do in NBA 2K
It's akademiks, he a drake Stan so can't take his opinions seriously
Saw Kendrick walking with his wife in Manhattan Beach today. He was super engaged in conversation but looked pretty happy.
I don't know much about Kendrick's personal life, but he has a wife?
@@deepaparakkal4241 Yes, he has a daughter as well (turning 3 this summer)
Kendrick's Mask Off verse was great. He totally murdered it.
Kendrick is the kind of success story that encourages me as a underground artist with a small following. Seeing how he’s developed his skills and slowly blown up after seizing each and every opportunity he’s been giving has been inspirational! Mans has quickly become a mainstay in the industry and for good reason. Dude is too nice! I know if I put in the work, I can reach a larger audience some day too, but for now, I’m happy being a supporter. My turn will come too. Salute to Kendrick🔥
That's dope Fam. There's nothing wrong with being Underground. Look at the success Tech9ne has had, I'm firm Houston and we have Artists who never really blew up but their catalogues are undeniable. K-rino, Z-Ro, Slim Thug, Trae, and Lil Keke. E-40 may be considered mainstream now but he was independent since '92, Deniro Farrar from Charlotte North Carolina is not on the radio like JCole or Da Baby but he's one of the greatest Underground artists in the game. Check out his catalogue. Keep grinding but stay true to yourself Fam.
WOW. I just had such crazy goose bumps. Kendrick means soooooo much to me. I hear him in bad times, as well as in good times. Greetings from Germany
"We don't know much about his family, personal life"
I bet nardwaurd does
Its amazing that kendrick has't release in few years yet he remain at the top of every rap convo..Bro still relevant af
Kendrick is a alltime great🐐
ONE OF THE GREATEST LYRICISTS ALL TIME.
Agreee 🔥🔥🔥🔥 Kendrick is Amazing
I would have loved to have been in the studio for the recording of Never Catch Me. It's one of my favorite Kendrick verses. I really wish that him and FlyLo did a follow up EP together. That track has such a unique energy.
Yess him and Thundercat and Flying Lotus. Definitely check out the unreleased version of EYES ABOVE that has Kendrick on it it's insane
never catch me is a masterpiece, flylo and kdot EP would be UNREAL
Definitely you ain’t gotta lie, Mortal Man, and Sing about me. I have so many questions…
hahahaha definitely a hidden gem
“BITCH, YOU’RE DEAD” *sick ass flying lotus beat intensifies*
It’s crazy how you failed to mention his respect and commitment to Wayne’s ‘Mona Lisa’
His new album gonna go crazy
Haven’t been this excited for an album since DAMN. dropped 5 years ago lol
I would have loved to be in the studio during the track FEEL.
Hell yeah or LUST
(FEEL and Sing About Me) are my my personal favorite Kendrick Lamar tracks of all time!!!
PRIDE., Cartoons and Cereal, and Money Trees for me 🐐
who’s here after kendrick confirms a new album in may ?
Such a great video, could you please do it for other great rappers too? Eminem, Nas, Hov?? We would highly appreciate it
Nah nah only Kendrick

HipHop DX: Which verse would you have loved to be in the studio with Kendrick as he was writing it?
Me: ALL OF THEM
a video like this is exactly what I want to see when I open my youtube. thanks yo.
Kendrick Lamar bodied that performance tonight!💚
Kendrick Lamar is one of a few outstanding rap artist with true sincere lyrical credibility, a voice for the voiceless and more than just a rap artist in my book.
Genuinely forgot Controle was Big Sean's song
MAY 13TH BABY
For my personal Kendrick Lamar songs i love Black Friday, untitled 3, and Hiii power
Anyone else stop for a sec and hold their breathe when a picture of Ed Sheehan popped up right after the narrator said the greatest of all-time? 😂
I swear Kendrick is getting more famous just because he hasn’t dropped
Don’t disrespect jay electronica. Real ones listened to the entire ‘control’ song and can recite his verse!
Id say his verse was better then Kendrick
@@jashardwallington that’s a reach!
“Eyelashes are like umbrellas when it rains from the heart,
And a tissue is like an angel kissing you in the dark”
One of my favorite verses ever. Kendrick’s as well
Disrespect on that JElec verse
shit is gas
We still waiting for that "Temptation" and "Shock the World" songs to be officially released. By Cole and Dot.
with the time he takes he reminds me of Andre3000 he don't rap until he says he has something to say. I remember when he killed throw some Ds and walk it out around the same time and rapped first and still had the best verse. Kendrick is like that too.
Love these vids man
😭😭😂😂😂😂 omg Em out here testing niggas in studio if they wrote there own shit
Yo! You covered this so well
Jay’s verse on Control was hard, I remember him coming in after Kendrick’s verse & goddamn my high school self was blown away after hearing Kendrick
The Push Collab "NOSETALGIA" is the illest IMHO. The 9's & 10's shit is AMAZING. Look up the hip-hop DX report on the breakdown. Shit is CRAZY!
This is a dope piece! Thank u for doing this!!
Kendrick Lamar made me understand that HipHop is art...
Cant wait for Kendrick to drop 🙏🙏🙏
🐐 level content about a 🐐 tier artist. Salute!
News flash: He's back. That new album Mr. Morale is flames. So moving.
Great breakdown
Proper artist. No gimmicks. I saw him in New York 2022 and he was so good. Played a mix of tunes and i will book to see him again 🎉❤
I have been waiting for temptation for yeeears, that shit is bonkers!!!
I would’ve loved to be in the studio while Kendrick recorded U, that song is so deep and complex
Exceptional video bro! So much food for thought in this and very well crafted.
Excited for him to drop his album on May 13th 👏🏼
Good video thanks
Much love 2 Kendrick 💯❤
I wanna see Kendrick's "Control Verse" studio session 💥💥🔥 That verse made me zoom into him.

Very nice writing!
Dope biography yoh 🔥✌🏾 Kung Fu kenny 4L
5 years have passed since the last album and when the world needed him most... he drops😂
Nice vid
I remember when I first discovered Kendrick because of Eminem's song 'Berserk' and 'Love Game' in 2013.
Prolly my second-best discovery in music, ngl
Of course em gonna say he the best he on his team 😂😂 bruh Kendrick vs em would be the greatest thing we would ever witness if these dudes beefed
All about mastering your craft, this is why he is amongst the greats
He a beast for real definitely in my top 5
best video DX has done since their last Kendrick video lol
Ima work with K dot and make history with it mark my words
Good luck 🤝🏿
Godspeed
Speak it to existence homie. Looking forward to hearing it.
Good luck my G, we believe in you
Good luck ✊
"he drops when the WORLD is ready for his music" A-MEN
This earned a subscription from me
I would've been hyped to see him I the studio when he did birds and the beez and his verse on that B.O.B. song
I wished to been the stu when he recorded his verse for Cartoons and Cereal with Gunplay
I listen to Doing It Stealthy when I'm experiencing existential dread. It makes it worse but... I just can't stop.
Can you check out my beats on my channel it got that old school vibe in it lemme know.if not one love
AND WE'RE STILL WAITING FOR THAT TEMPTATIONS SONG WITH HIM AND COLE.
i need to hear a back to back verse with kendrick and whoever, like call and response
Kendrick said watching 2pac live drove him to wanting to be a rapper. If u inspired by the goat u have to rise to be 1 . That's exactly what kendrick has done. Legendary!
Legend
I needed to be a fly on the wall the moment Kendrick decided to step back out and cook up with Baby Keem.
He’s my favorite artist next 🙏🏽
J Cole, up next for this series. Loved this video.
After good kid maad city I knew Kendrick was one of the greatest and based on his potential I said I thought he might be better than Em and my friends thought I was crazy
@X the students always surpass the masters. Like I said my opinion was based on his potential at the time. Em is the most masterful 🐐 lyricist today just knocking out rapid fire double and triple entendres with insane flow switches and syllable manipulation and it blows my mind every time but it’s been a while since his music has actually taken me somewhere the way Kendricks does. And I don’t love everything Kendrick has put out or everything that Em has put out but I am a massive fan of each one.
@X Em and many other greats already graced him his crown. His the best. Em has a great rhyme scheme, but his aggression stands out. Kendrick has lyrics, Bars, rhyme scheme, storytelling, breakdown schemes and very prolific. Kendrick mastered the art of hiphop. But people think not putting Em as the number 1 hurts his credibility as a great Mc. But it’s not that, we know he’s a great, but Not the greatest.
I wish I was in the studio when Kdot made the whole good kid mad city album.
I woulda loved to have been in the studio when he made either Blacker the Berry or Loyalty
Amazing artist
He has a dope swagger too..
He's the true diffention of an artist....
Who’s here after his new album was announced?
This is G.O.A.T. Level Edit
"artist were really paying a quarter mil to get murdered on their own track" DAMN! that was like, a disrespectful battle rap bar lol
AT THE END HE WILL BE THE GREATEST RAPPER EVER.
@X who do you think it is?
@X like who
I would have loved being in the Studio for The Blacker the Berry. Long Live King .
When he showed up on Halftime, people going crazy 🔥🔥
"How Many Drinks" Kindred Lamar and Miguel. Miquel s phenomenol!!
Would loved to have heard what Chris Brown thought about his verse on Autumn Leaves cause that was one of his best in my opinion
Living legend
Mr.Morale and the Big Steppers is gonna be a classic
With a doubt the greatest living artist making music today!!!!!
Haha here we are, 13 May 2022, hip-hop's gonna be revolutionised once again
Look out for detox is straight heat every time I hear it
the song you on tpab, omg i would of loved to see him spaz in the studio for that masterpiece
Would have love to been in all areas of instrumental production and vocal recording for tpab
