- Join me in painting Cryovain from Dragon of Icespike Peak, from Dungeon and Dragon's Essential's Kit. White is not an easy color to paint and can easily become very dull. Follow me through the steps of making an opalescent, brilliant white for any icy beast your own table may come across.

THE SCALES, THE DRYBRUSH, very inspiring work. Please keep the vids coming.
Thanks so much! Those scales near killed me but it was worth it.
I really like what you've done here. I've been thinking about some kind of pearl effect for a white dragon. Great video.
It's a really fun way to paint white. Lemme know if you try it out for your own dragon!
I'm just starting to THINK about painting. It seems like a monumental task.
Your videos are helping me so much. The tone of your voice, the music, and the words you use are all very soothing.
I found this paint to be incredible. You've done an enormous amount of work on this dragon, and it's a triumph! You should be proud.
You've got yourself another subscriber. Here's hoping that you're still planning to post more content.
This is such a kind comment! Thank you so much! I will continue making videos, though not often I'm afraid.
Looks awesome!! Nicely done.
Thank you!
Thanks for the video.i am currently printing tiamat at 200% scale and looking at ideas with each head color.i like your paint scheme for the white head.
200% scale sounds huge! You could also think about picking color based on what heads surround the white one since white reflects color really well. Good luck!
@khaarmakrafts7503 it's massive.all I need to print now is the tail and wings.now I got concerns about the body being able to support the wings.i estimate the wings will be 3' wide.
@@arcort669 Excuse me, is that feet? 😱 Incredible! Have you watched Midwinter Mini's Warlord Titan assembly videos? Those might have some ideas for how to keep such a large "mini" together.
Yes!!!! Great stuff. Memes, jokes, great editing, super solid, clear advice. Thanks for this!!! I learned alot and I'm only 3 minutes in.
So good to hear! Go paint something awesome ❤
Can't wait to try this out for myself ☺️
Please make sure to message me when you do! I wanna make another beautiful white creature too.
This dragon looks so good! Amazing work!
Thank you!
@@khaarmakrafts7503 do you have an Instagram that you post your minis to? I would love to check out your other work 😁
@@harrybrass734 Absolutely! You should be able to find me @monstersrmayhem
@@khaarmakrafts7503 I've followed! Great work once again!
She is so beautiful
Thank you! I kinda want to make another opalescent dragon. It was just so fun.
@@khaarmakrafts7503 i loved how you did it. Do a red next. No holes in wings.
@@DragonProtector Oooh, I hadn't considered a red opalescent. Not sure why. I love rainbow boas and they're red.
@@khaarmakrafts7503 please let me know when you do. I would like to help you design her. If you have to create one. I can give you some ideas.
I want that dragon
I leave links to any models I printed in the description, including this one! Often you can find preprinted models for sale on Etsy too.
@@khaarmakrafts7503 ahh neat!
Nice job! What printer do you use?
I believe in this one it was krylon rattlecan. I've recently tried out rustolium and like it better for black but have yet to try white. I may buy white from an mini brand as rattlecan white often comes out watery and slips into details instead of offering coverage.
@@khaarmakrafts7503 Cool, I've used that too... but I was asking about the printer you used to print the mini... I think you said early in the video that you printed it and the quality looked quite good.
@@manspach3182 Haha! I read Primer.... Anyway it's an anycubic photon. I don't remember what resin. I've been trying out a bunch of brands.
Quite nice result - but white it is not...
