    Pollock fillet 300 grams
    1/2 onion 45 grams
    2 raw eggs
    2 tablespoons tomato paste
    50 grams of semolina
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    115 grams of water
    Cut rectangular pieces ( about half) from the fillet and chop them off. Make minced meat from the remaining part. Add the onion and egg to the minced meat. Add salt. Mix it up. Put the minced meat in the beaten fillets, wrap each one, dip in an egg and roll in semolina. Combine the remaining minced meat with the remains of eggs and cereals. Fry in a non-stick frying pan for 5 minutes on each side. Put the remaining minced meat with a spoon and fry it too. Combine the tomato paste with water and pour this sauce over the fish. Simmer for 15 minutes. Enjoy your meal.
