As always thanks for the info and keep doing what you’re doing. You’ve helped me out a lot these few months 💪
Me: dip and pullup and sprinting. When you do sprinting it is good for your heart and leg as well
Same I switched over from lifting heavy weights so doing stairs sprints, and bodyweight exercises such as dips weighted chin-ups Pull ups barbell lunges and overall focusing on functional movement
@@206remyboyz7 yeah exactly. We dont need a gym membership to have the healthy life
I make sure to inculcate these set of exercises (compound exercises) as my base exercises every single day before doing isolation exercises for specific body parts for the day
In reality, the diet plan is the real key.
must try this
Build the attractive muscle groups guys, it makes the difference
1.Neck
2.Lateral delts
3.Upper chest
4.Upper traps
5.Lats
6.Abs
what about legs you don't wanna be looking like a chicken
@@surreal.1 True, you have to hit the rest of your body, these are only the main parts of an aesthetic physique
@@GroomedandCool legs are more important than the traps
Also calf muscles, your quads, glutes, hamstrings, and adductors (the muscles between your legs).
And your cardio depends on your body weight.
interestingly these 4 exercises should be continued through old age as long as possible as they give you practical strength which keeps you independent longer
BENCH PRESSES ARE GOOD BUT STEEP INCLINES ARE BETTER.
SQUATS AND PULLUPS CANNOT BE BEAT BUT ADDING HANGING LEG RAISES WILL COMPLETE THE TASK.
Bench press = Push up (Normal, diamond, wide)
In case if you do at home
Right to the Point 😊
Thanks :) I am enjoying this short format

Not complete. A truly aesthetic physique requires big shoulders and v-shaped abs and obliques. Side lateral raises and some ab work is a must.
Beautiful ❤❤❤ 0:09
Only 4 exercises. Squat, deadlift, shoulder press and pullups
Leon Edwards has the most aesthetic physique in the world
Anyone who says only three exercises are needed to be aesthetic isn’t worth listening to.
I watched 0% of this video but came to give you guys the answers.
1. Overhead press
2. Front/Back Squat
3. Pull ups
Edit: skimmed the video and it looks close enough.
I prefer overhead to bench press. I do both but I do overhead more.
Nothing about shoulders??
Pressing works delts
Pressing exercises involve front and pulling rear delts. For the middle do some isolation exercises like lateral raises. What doesnt mean that you cant do isolated work for front and rear too
Frast
did anyone actually try this
My shoulders are blown now - so benching is a biatch.
