    Eat more red onions, but raw. You can lightly sautéed them to keep them crunchy, but never overcook them. Work your way towards consuming a ½ of a large onion to a whole one, everyday. You'll thank me later...

      I used to juice raw red onions, it was DISGUSTING!!! I mixed it with some type of tomato soup & it was way op! But it did the trick
