MTO, needs to make getting licensed harder…to many drivers with such different levels of abilities driving on our very packed highways!
As a tourist in Toronto last September, I can tell you the drivers there are aggressive and insane. There can be a 30 car gap in the lane next to you but when you signal to change lanes the car 30 cars back will gun it to make sure you aren't in " their" lane. Montreal better. Glad to be home in BC though.
