The new size of the air is nice, the price, it is compatible with the old Magic Keyboard, you can use the new Apple pencil with it. Is it actually better? Well, that actually depends on what your I-Pad needs/uses will be.

My folio came in the post already, before the iPad, and I’ll say in person it looks identical to the overhead camera colour. It’s darker than I thought it would be
@@P33ULC so its not beige as thought it IS kinda green? Awesome I really hesitated to keep my old Air 4 dark green one (which is almost black) and hoped for a more lighter natural green type of color. Seems like Im getting Sage than hope it works well with Spacegrey (rip silver :( ).

I bought a 10.9" iPad Air back in March. I wonder if I could trade it in for the 11" iPad Air, but then wonder if it will fit my Logitec case and my new Zugu case. The camera placement on the side is much better than where it is on the 10.9" model.

Still debating if I want the 11” or 13”. Mainly will be holding it just for games, etc. The 13” is enticing for the bigger screen but idk if it’ll be uncomfortable or “too big” for entertainment purposes and relaxing on coach.
I'm also struggling the pick which one. I want to se the iPads up close because I don't want it to be too small or too big.

If I didn’t have my iPad Pro 2021 I would definitely buy big Air for the bigger screen! But I would only get $325 trade in even though it’s less than 2 years old (bought it a month before the new one in 2022)!!!

There is quite a difference with the speaker set up compared to the Pro ..... which may not be important to some.
They should have made it water resistant like the Tab S9 plus without the SIM tray

Same, my white/gold iPad Pro has been survived the ages when I bought it in 2017 but the updates to iOS is starting to slow it down. It still has another 2 years left but this seems like a good choice.
Also the 12.9 inch vs these 13 inch screens are a small plus.

@@zyanchuah thank you for the concern but it’s not a deal breaker while missing the 120hz feature, the only thing that i missed on ipad pro is i don’t optimize all pro series features. i was still a sophomore the year the ipad pro 2nd gen was released and my major task was just circling in microsoft, taking notes, making papers and little entertainment like gaming and streaming, i don’t said that buying a pro series for student isn’t the right choice, but if ur a prodigy and in a need of high tech support then pro series is ur chance and why did i bought it because i need quick replacement for my mac, and that ipad is on sale and extra cut with students ID

Anyone find it weird that the iPad Air is a bit heavier than the iPad Pro? Weird world we live in where 1: Camera bump doesn’t count as part of the mm measurement for the iPad Pro and 2: the iPad Air is heavier than the Pro

It's not better. But it might be a better value for the more budget conscious. That's not a dig at anyone personally, but the people that have $2K+ to throw down on a new tablet suite in this economy aren't really concerned with how much it costs compared the rest of the lineup. They want that OLED display for HDR content that they've paid for.

I don’t believe these are the real iPads because it states on Apple’s website when you go to order (I ordered the new Air), that you get an adapter and cord with it. So seems fake.
Yeah, this is fake. Look at Krystal Lora’s unboxing. It’s the REAL iPads and has the cord and adapter in the box.
The EU box doesn't have the adapter because of EU laws. Krystal Lora is in the US and so still has the adapter. There's nothing fake about the video
