I remember me and my family watching MasterChef season 10 and we were rooting for Nick to win and now Nick is one of my favorite CZcamsrs.
Hey nick, just wanted to thank you on how much you’ve impacted me and my life. I never really viewed food as more than a way to get full before discovering your videos. But when I first saw your videos, I fell in love with cooking and food. I started my own CZcams cooking channel and all because of you I get to make videos doing what I love. Although I only have a couple hundred subscribers, it doesn’t matter as long as I’m doing what I love. So thank you for inspiring me. (Congrats on 15 million subs 😊)
As a small CZcamsr, I can relate to the 1/10 or 10/10 feeling whenever you post a new video. It almost feels like a slot machine. You put your resources (time/money/effort) in, pull the lever by posting, and see if you win (1/10) or lose (10/10). It can either feel amazing, or terrible.

Your the reason I really started cooking more. over covid I took a job at the highest end restaurant where a live I was doing prep work in the back it was the happiest I ever been. Are chef was out for family issue for a month. So I got be on the line a bit. Are sous chef ended up leave, and Now I’m the sous chef. Thank you so much for making CZcams videos.Without you I don’t no if I be where I am in my life.
I really needed this video. Ive been in college for a bit now still in my first year and ive lost all motivation. I havent been interested in the material that ive been learning. So ive been trying to find a new passion for myself that could be a worthwhile career to get into

Here’s a recipe for peanut butter cookies:
First you will need an egg
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup sugar
Start preheating the oven to 350°
Then mix the one cup peanut butter, 1 cup sugar and the egg in a bowl.
Mix together
Prepare the pan with cooking spray and put the mixture on that is about 2cm
Optional smush with fork
Put in oven when done preheating
And bake for about 10 minutes.
Cool for 5 minutes. Is this a good recipe nick?

My sister and I made menus when we were kids too, except they weren’t really menus but more just food we liked or names of food. We would sit underneath the dining room table with a pen and extra large sticky notes after dinner while the adults were still talking. It’s been at least 10-15 years and some of those notes are still hanging from the bottom of the table.

Wow what a great video Nick. Your transparency and experience shines beacons of light for me. I am currently in the process of making my own beef jerky company. Rightnow I am just the guy in the kitchen ( well garage to be exact 😆). All I have are my friends and their feedback at this point. And it’s been really good so far. I by no means thing I’m a professional but I do love doing it. Going to my kitchen and putting together something right from my mind to fruition is a wonderful achievement and feeling. I've been able to cook for my girlfriend and family due to you both & It makes me feel so good being able to put a smile on their faces with food that has love & preperation that isn't just a 20 minute air fryed chicken nuggets... :)
My mom kinda got me into cooking, but you got me really into cooking. I'm pretty invested in it at this point. I might suffer from multiple mental illnesses but I've learned not to give up doing the things i love. I came to the realization that i don't give up because i was thinking about the ammount of times i played a game with my friend, he'd always beat me but i never stopped trying to do better next time. Cooking is something I'll never stop doing until i die. Thanks❤
