Scary Video of pile up crash in Fort Worth, Tx I-35

Due to arctic blast Texas is seeing unprecedented cold weather which has led to icy roads.
On Feb 11, 2021 there was a pile up crash involving 100+ cars in Fort Worth's Interstate-35 highway which killed at least 5 people.

Omg. Did that guy get thrown out of one of the cars or did he escape after being hit just in time?! This is the sadest hing. Just heartbreaking.

I don't understand ??? Its not foggy or snowing it looks clear enough to see whats ahead and looking at these trucks and cars running into each other???

The road was icy on an overpass and the roads were slick from freezing rain. It's awful 😞
